All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Return/exchange must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included
  • Products must show no signs of installation or use

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain products and to ensure customer safety and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ETXv3 Mounting Hardware – Custom-fit components specific to installation requirements
  • EWS and FES Systems – Specialized electronic components with custom configurations
  • Light Caps – Small accessory items with limited reuse potential
  • M-Series products purchased as part of Closeouts Specials – Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use

Return & Exchange Process

Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and address
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All original packaging and materials are included
  • Product is in original, resalable condition
  • Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package

International Returns
