Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Other standard audio equipment

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the specialized nature of certain products and to ensure customer safety and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ETXv3 Mounting Hardware – Custom-fit components specific to installation requirements
  • EWS and FES Systems – Specialized electronic components with custom configurations
  • Light Caps – Small accessory items with limited reuse potential
  • M-Series products purchased as part of Closeouts Specials – Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
  • Opened software or digital products
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or use

Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Products must be in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Products showing signs of installation or use cannot be accepted.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and address
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All original packaging and materials are included
  • Product is in original, resalable condition
  • Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will:

  • Inspect the product within 3-5 business days
  • Process your refund or exchange
  • Send confirmation email

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after return processing
  • JCB Card Refunds: 7-14 business days after return processing

Refund Amount:

  • Full refund of product purchase price
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different product:

International Returns
